Within the USA, Returns are FREE - we pay the shipping costs for returns. For International customers,
we cannot make the same offer - you would pay for the return shipping.

How Returns work for customers in the USA: After you contact a VKTRY customer service rep and your return is authorized, we will send you an email containing a return postage label. Print that return postage label and put it on a shipping box that contains the insoles you're returning. Then, just head to your local post office to drop off the parcel. The postage will be 100% paid for and a complete refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned pair. We also ask you leave a note in the return box stating whether it's a refund or an exchange.
